docs: Add details for Ergonaut One build guide #31

General additions that may reduce any uncertanties for someone going through the build guide for the first time.
Add additional details for those without access to a 3D printer, referencing the existing PCB manufacturers for convenience.
The previous link includes 1000 pieces which is a bit more than necessary for this build. Replacement link is much cheaper and 100 pieces instead.

I'm still uncertain on this if the orientation actually matters or not for these sockets. I couldn't find any resources about the correct orientation, but just followed the images in the guide that needed zooming in to check.
Confirmation on if this is accurate or not would be great 😃
