Defines two set of functions that space views evenly without using spacers. One pair of functions (spaceEvenly) that place the views by calculating the multiplier as a fraction of the superviews dimension and pair that lay out the views with a fixed width between them (fixedWidthSpaceEvenly).
As the multiplier cannot be changed dynamically, user interfaces that use spaceEvenly functions must change the dimensions of the superview to resize the views dynamically.
