Added new command 'hostname-ports'

Hi

This adds the new command hostname-ports.

Description:

  hostname-ports 
        Extracts a list of all *open* ports in ipaddress:port and hostname:port format.

This is useful if a host has multiple hostnames / virtual hosts and you want to use them all in another tool like Nessus, Nuclei, httpx, gowitness, $YOUNAMEIT or for manual analysis.
