This way, the OS wouldn't get out of support as quickly. Also, choose the same release for 'builder' and 'member' to avoid complication and possible incompatibilities.
Don't install a specific Docker version, because it is no longer needed.

Noble has LTS, while Oracular is near its end of support (July 2025).
