With withdrawals coming up I reviewed some of the annotated spec to ensure our (Prysm) own documentation was up to date. I noticed some of the descriptions were off from the beacon specs https://github.com/ethereum/consensus-specs/blob/dev/specs/phase0/beacon-chain.md.
