There was a bug causing ihsbin to report only 0s in the frequency column. This was caused by using the wrong variable when creating the output file rows in ihs_mpi.cpp and ihs.cpp. Added the necessary call and changed the variable being reported. Freqs column in output file with sample data now matches the m_freqsByLine map created in ihsfinder (using the provided example data).
