Add fish shell support for aliases

Summary

• Add support for fish shell when setting up aliases
• Use correct alias syntax for fish shell
• Auto-create the fish config directory and file if they don't exist

Test plan

• Initialize a project with addAliases:true on a system with fish shell
• Verify aliases are correctly added to ~/.config/fish/config.fish
