Improve scripts when used in a loop

Two things to improve how this awesome piece of code can be used in a loop:

• if fetch_repos.py fails, tell for which user.
• Allow the markdown output to be appended, thus building up a list.

My use case was that I wanted to list the contributions made by all users in a GitHub organisation :)
