I've made the segmenter able to run locally (without a PlanktoScope) - you will have to merge main into this branch.

Once you have it running

1. download this example dataset https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1g6OPaUIhYkU2FPqtIK4AW6U4FYmhFxuw
2. unzip in PlanktoScope/data/img (PlanktoScope refers to the clone of the repo)

then you can control the segmenter with

cd segmenter
node test.js
