The fork contains Pull Request from @leshe4ka46: fairwaves/UHD-Fairwaves#31 Confirmed to compile with libuhd 4.8.0.0-7.
tested on arch with uhd 4.9.0 and boost 1.89 and on ubunti with uhd 4.6.0 and boost 1.83
