While setting up to use libZoteroJS in builds of our faculty website, I discovered that
bookTitlefields were not coming through in CSL produced byitem.cslItem(). The cause seems to be that base mappings are not applied to custom fields. I've added a mapping and tied it into theitem.get(<field>)function to get full output.
