The latest version of Anubis deployed on Fedora infrastructure is much more agressively blocking scripts. Providing basic headers helps avoid this, and makes this discoverable server-side in case of further issues. test.py no longer uses urllib, as the root.log parser test was split out.

I tested this on a small data set. It works correctly.
