Add icon support for goals (backend + frontend + tests)

Added optional icon field to Goal model in backend.
Implemented PUT API to update goal including icon.
Updated React frontend to support emoji icon selection and persistence.
Integrated emoji picker and GoalManager changes.
Added unit tests for GetGoalsForUser route using xUnit.
