As this leads to a 404 it might be better to use a different page, but not sure what

90% of the time network issues are on the user's end, and if something that is fixable by us broke, we'd know. There is too much unrelated information here, and it will lead to general tech-help or support type issues. |

I'm sure we can improve it some more and maybe even trim it down a little bit more.
