@rdallman okay, the current version of the PR contains few differences from other FDKs:

  1. Two OS images: alpine, debian. We need to explicitly tell users which OS they use.
  2. Go image no longer contains minor version, i.e., 1-stretch or 1-alpine3.8.

This change makes me think about populating OS into our image tags which makes things a lot easier for Fn users, thoughts?
