v0.0.2 Windows support; history optional and encrypted; textual tweaks

• Added Windows supported (tested on Win11; "dock" related code only for macOS)
• Default hotkey for Windows shown as Ctrl+Shift+Space
• History is toggable and encrypted
• Added "Clear History" button
• Added CHANGES.md
• Updated README.md
• Reduced packages deprecated warnings (I hope this didn't break mac build)

I don't have any mac devices to test this version and can't say if this breaks anything.
Pretty much was coded by Sonnet 3.7 :)

Forgot to mention: the 2nd commit adds OpenAI support and offers a selector to select either Groq or OpenAI.
For either one can then specify base URL, api key and select a model.
Unfortunately, I do not yet have an OpenAI key as their API billing doesn't offer Stripe or Paypal.
