rm doesn't delete the empty folders yet on HNS buckets, so if same destination folder name is used for multiple tests they would fail with conflict as destination already exists. This error is thrown from the rename_folder HNS API

Dedicated HNS Bucket Testing: Test suite now runs against a HNS enabled bucket. This provides targeted validation of existing file and folder operations for HNS buckets.
Parallel Execution: Pipeline has been refactored to run different test suites (standard, zonal, HNS) in parallel to reduce the total execution time.
Consolidated Bucket Creation: The creation of standard, versioned, and Hierarchical Namespace (HNS) buckets has been merged into a single pipeline step. Similarly deletion of all these buckets is consolidated to a single step.
