Running the code bellow and answering with a non integer (for example ABC) would trigger an error:

import choice
menu = choice.Menu(['option A', 'option B'])
menu.ask()

This PR fixes that.
I used empty lists instead of None for variables that are supposed to hold lists. That is usually more convenient and less error prone.
