Fix proof snapshot SVG layout

Summary

Fix the proof snapshot SVG layout so the asset renders cleanly in the README without text overflow.

What changed

• replace long single-line SVG text nodes with explicit line breaks
• rebalance card spacing and divider positions to prevent text collisions
• keep the existing visual direction while making the asset robust in GitHub rendering
