docs: polish proof snapshot layout

Summary

Polish the proof snapshot SVG so the layout renders cleanly on GitHub without clipped lines or cramped spacing.

What changed

• Increased the vertical breathing room between the subtitle and the top divider.
• Rebalanced card heights, divider positions, and line breaks to keep each block inside its frame.
• Added safer bottom padding for the telemetry and delivery cards after validating rendered previews locally.

• npm run typecheck
• npm test
• npm run test:integration when the change affects infrastructure-backed paths

Risks/Notes

• Docs-only asset update; there are no runtime or API behaviour changes.
• The SVG was reviewed through local rasterised previews before opening this PR.
