Summary

Align the repository version metadata with the next formal patch release after the CI/CD promotion hardening landed on main.

What changed

  • bump the package version to 1.1.1
  • bump the top-level lockfile package version metadata to 1.1.1
  • bump the OpenAPI contract version to 1.1.1

Validation

  • npm run lint
  • npm run typecheck

Risks/Notes

  • no runtime behaviour changes; this is release metadata alignment only
  • this patch release exists to ensure the published GitHub release, package metadata, and public OpenAPI contract all describe the same version
