[stats3d] - Statistical Analysis Toolkit

A Python package for comprehensive statistical analysis and visualization of TubeMap pipeline outputs, providing tools for both spatial and regional analysis.

Suggested environment: Compatible with ClearMap3 environment

Overview This package provides two main analysis workflows:

• Spatial Analysis (tools for processing voxel maps and p-value maps) Subregion extraction Effect size mapping Atlas superimposition Max intensity projection

• Regional Analysis Extract csv from vascular graph data with relevant info Statistical visualization tools (bar plots, volcano plots)

• Vascular graph visualization Uses pyvista library to plot vascular graphs, with custom colors
