I don't think this needs urgent fixing ? The only site deploying this is usegalaxy.org and we have it in the usegalaxy_25.1 branch |

Makes sense, closing this then. We should have a fix to re-enable 2bit within a few days. Thanks. |

Resolves the reference loading issue by listing only fasta-index files and disabling 2bit reference genomes in IGV, addressing #21183. The full fix is under discussion in #21008 and may take longer to implement.
