Add Monad mainnet support across EVM and primitives

Updated Monad chain configuration to use mainnet endpoints and addresses, including RPC URL, contract deployments, explorer URL, and node setup. Removed outdated TODOs and ensured Monad is properly integrated in multicall, Uniswap, base pair, and chain ID logic.
