The main change in this branch is to the core/edi.py module. I've rewritten this to be more object oriented and flexible. The functionality is nearly the same, just the old dictionaries for each section of the .edi file are now attributes of a class for each section of the .edi file.
The other changes are:
-modem_mesh_builder.py for building a mesh for ModEM
