This pull request adds the new official Jellyfin Desktop client to the curated applications list under 'Music & Media'. While this is a good addition, my review points out that this creates a redundancy with the older, community-maintained Jellyfin client that is already on the list. To avoid user confusion, I have recommended replacing the old entry with this new one.
