added a simple function that saves the current keymap to a temporary file, and when the screen locks the keymap automatically sets to english so you can log back in, in the case you had a non-latin keymap set before locking you had to reboot your system to log in. and now after you log back in the keymap automatically sets back to the keymap you had before locking. fix for #577 i opened

Thanks for your PR; I'll be able to test it between today and the weekend.

I understand the idea and that it's a problem for those who don't use non-Latin keymaps. I haven't experienced it because I only use Spanish, Latin American, or US keymaps and have never had a problem, but I understand the point.

I'll try it out in the next few days. What keymaps do you suggest for testing this live? From Russian to English? Maybe?
