Stable Vue-CLI release of portfolio website
This release was created since it I will be adding Vue Router, which could end up breaking things temporarily. This tag is used to mark a good place to go back to if all hell breaks loose.
Also a good amount of content is on the website as of this release and is a good milestone for how far my portfolio website has come.
