Before submitting this I would: get collaborators to look at it and make it better. Improve the flow of concepts. Add improved forecast from Erickson S (in prep). Make a plot demonstrating the simulated light curves with microlensing and LSST cadence + plot transfer function to demonstrate how we can reverse engineer the problem and recover transfer function from light curves. This was an okay experience writing a proposal for the first time, I did a lot of reading to obtain key references, but I think there's some parts that can be improved.
