[bot-go-openapi]

This PR prepares the mono-repo for release v2.4.1.

Changes:

• Updated inter-module dependencies to v2.4.1
• Ran go mod tidy on all modules
• Synced go.work (if present)

This PR will be auto-merged once all checks pass.
