Implemented the initial phase of the RescuerLens UI redesign. Key changes include: - Project setup with Vite, React, and TailwindCSS. - Creation of `ui-schema.json` defining theme, layout, components, and actions. - Development of main application skeleton: - Responsive layout (TopBar, LeftSidebar/Drawer, MainArea). - Placeholder components for core features. - Theming based on `ui-schema.json` (dark theme, neon accents). - RTL support. - Basic animations with Framer Motion for sidebar and counters. - Integration of Heroicons. - Mobile-specific adaptations like FABs for primary actions. - Stubbed existing JS functions (`openCamera`, `startScreenShare`). This provides the foundational structure for the new UI.
