Description
This PR updates references to the public Valence Labs GCS bucket
graphium-publicto the new public storage bucket. The GCS bucket will be deleted on May 30th, 2025. All data was copied to a new public storage bucket, accessible under thehttps://storage.valencelabs.com/graphium/URL prefix.
