Firefox should be able to create profiles in XDG compliants directories per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259356, align the support here

This is untested for now, please let me know if it looks OK to take that kind of change, and if there's a way to test besides running it for real.

XDG support has landed in Firefox 147

Why not in .config/mozilla/firefox? XDG_CONFIG_HOME variable not found in my Debian Sid.

We may just XDG_CONFIG_HOME=${XDG_CONFIG_HOME:-$HOME/.config} then ?

Ah, #398. Well if the user defined XDG_CONFIG_HOME it's not going to be respected

When I installed 147.0.1 in a clean chroot, it created both ~/.mozilla/firefox/ and ~/.config/firefox/ but the latter just contains the crash dirs. Makes no sense to sync it.
