Use customized smoltcp crate as our main network stack
To fit with smoltcp, I abstract network implementation into device, iface, and socket. Now the net stack works fine running a simple tcp client or server with linux tap device. Some other protocols like udp and icmp need to be supported. And now e1000 is not refactored.
