Exit Awaiting Information (Manual Event) — Superuser Workflow

Description
From the Awaiting Information state, an authorised Superuser can manually move a LiP or Solicitor case into a user‑selected case state using a manual (non task‑driven) event.

This functionality is required to support scenarios where a case has been accidentally moved into the Awaiting Information state and needs to be corrected.

The UI workflow will allow authorised users to:

Trigger Next Steps → Exit Awaiting Information when the case is in the Awaiting Information state.
Select a new case state from a mandatory dropdown list of permitted states.
Review the selected state on a Check your answers page before submission.
On submission:

The case transitions from Awaiting Information to the selected state.
Any active or scheduled Awaiting Information–related tasks are automatically cancelled.
The event is recorded in the History tab for audit purposes.
This functionality applies to CA and DA cases only.
