1. You can use gcc-4.4 (CentOS 6) to build pcaproxy
2. lipcap dependencies (flex+bison) now builds with the project. You can use WITH_SYSTEM_FLEX, WITH_SYSTEM_BISON, WITH_SYSTEM_LIBPCAP to chage behavior (see CMakeLists.txt)
3. Fixed sufficient issue with regex.

New features:

• If you direct your browser to the URL not contained in the pcap file, index page will be shown with URL list in the file without referer.
• parsedir will be cleaned on exit (remove all *.req, *.rsp and *.dat)
