This PR fixes a bug where copying files from the cache to a destination would copy symlinks as symlinks instead of copying the actual file content. Since HubCache uses a content-addressed storage structure with symlinks from snapshots/ to blobs/ (compatible with Python's huggingface_hub), the symlink must be resolved before copying to ensure the actual file content is copied to the destination.
