Updated legacy context API to use newer context API, updated react from version 15.6.2 to 16.13.1.
I was using your react-wrapper and decided to solve one of the warning messages caused by using the older React Context API. I'm not quite sure what you're using getScrollbar for so I just took the function as is and put it into Context.
