Added a way to expand the number of supported plugins using an options class. Currently only one plugin is supported but this will make it easy to follow the docs for any plugin and add the required things to the pipeline. Also its currently set up to always use the options file even if not given, this is due to me adding default values to the options since that would mean it will still work for everyone that moves to this version and if they include options it will handle that smoothly.
