Add bootstrap mechanism in ModuleAuthDynamic._isValidImage()
Accepts Immutable-only signature for first transaction on new chain
Allows cross-chain wallet deployment with CFA preservation
Add ImmutableSigner contract for key rotation support
Update MainModuleDynamicAuth constructor to accept ImmutableSigner address
