Ingest data from different files/API format to a relational databases and expose those databases as data source that can be registered in the MetaStore SPSS Dataverse Network API Web ui to import files to register data source in MetaStore RESTful API

- Github Project installed to everyone's computer.
- Test Case structure done.
- Project structure done.
Mission 1: Use the dataverse API.
Week 2

- Project tutorial done.
- Project structure introduction done.
- Split the project and assign to every group member done.
Mission 1: Use the dataverse API. We can now access the dataverse test server by using their api successfully.
Mission 2: Access local SPSS files.
