This log Kconfig option is compelled to be removed from zephyr ISH SoC Kconfig because a lot of Zephyr compliance CI issures are reported. It seems not proper to add log Kconfig options in SoC directory. Signed-off-by: Dong Wang <dong.d.wang@intel.com>

This PR removes the CONFIG_ISH_PM_LOG_LEVEL_DBG=y configuration option from the project configuration file to resolve Zephyr compliance CI issues. The configuration option is being removed because log Kconfig options should not be placed in the SoC directory according to Zephyr compliance standards.
