These changes resolve #9, and at the same time add support for downloading any of the IPInfo MMDBs that do not exist on the
data/freeendpoint.The
https://ipinfo.io/data/free/root URL gets used in requests for thecountry_asn,country, orasndatabases. Otherwise, the script defaults tohttps://ipinfo.io/data/. More endpoints can be defined in theipinfo.shfile (get_root_url()).
