Enhanced repository documentation and metadata with deployment link

This PR significantly improves the PrepMatrix repository documentation and metadata to make it more professional, discoverable, and user-friendly.

🔗 Deployment Link Integration

Added the live deployment link https://prep-matrix.vercel.app/ prominently throughout the documentation:

• Added as a badge in the header
• Featured in a dedicated "Live Demo" section
• Updated all placeholder localhost URLs
• Added to footer navigation links

📦 Package.json Enhancements

Enhanced the package.json with comprehensive metadata for better discoverability:

• Description: Added detailed description of the AI-powered learning platform
• Keywords: Added 14 relevant keywords (learning-platform, ai-powered, quiz-system, education, nextjs, typescript, gemini-ai, interview-preparation, etc.)
• Homepage: Set to the live deployment URL
• Repository: Added proper GitHub repository information
• Author & License: Added author and MIT license information

📚 Documentation Improvements

README.md Updates:

• Live Demo Badge: Added prominent Vercel deployment badge
• Table of Contents: Added navigation for better user experience
• Fixed URLs: Replaced all placeholder URLs with actual repository links
• Consistent Commands: Standardized npm/pnpm command examples
• Repository Stats: Added GitHub badges for stars, forks, issues, and license
• Improved Structure: Better organization and professional presentation

New Documentation Files:
