Summary of Changes
Fixed permission issues with npm run electron and npm run electron-dev.
Resolved build failures for npm run dist and npm run dist:linux.
Removed unused environment variables (REDIS_HOST, REDIS_PORT) that were being generated unexpectedly.
Updated .env file handling: Due to browser security restrictions, the file is downloaded as env.txt if I changed the name to .env. So to address this, I added an informational note instructing users to rename istsos4.env to .env.
