Adds the option to provide database config and other secrets via AWS SSM parameters, listed in the
SSM_PARAMETER_NAMESevent field.SSM values are merged into the config, with event fields taking precedence. If a specified SSM parameter is missing or SSM fetch fails, an error is logged and it falls back to using whatever it finds in the event config.
Updated tests and docs to cover SSM usage and error handling.
