Update for 2017

This is an absolutely amazing project! I was able to get it working on my Macbook Pro running Sierra. And then, out of curiosity, I also got it working on a tiny Raspberry Pi model 3! I'll document the process to installing libfreenect on the RPi when I've got the time.

Changes:

• I replaced the included ThreeJS with the newest version, and fixed all the breaking changes.
  • The original ThreeJS in the repo was so out of date that it simply doesn't work in today's browsers
  • Also needed to add the Three.Projector script, as it's no longer built in
• Specified old versions of Twister & Autobahn, and added a few more required dependencies in INSTALL.txt
  • Ideally, I'd like to update the Twister/Autobahn packages as well, but I need to learn more on writing websockets in Python to get it working.
• Included the closure compiler via NPM
• Added an npm script to deploy the node server in an easier way
