Mainly followed example:
https://daler.github.io/sphinxdoc-test/includeme.html
gh_pages branch git add . ; git commit -m "rebuilt docs"; git push origin gh-pages
- navigate to the docs directory in pyecog_docs
- make html -- this will built the html in the pyecog_docs_build_repo which is a symlink
- you can commit this too but will not build docs pages
- check the folder
- change to the gh pages when you are happy and commit changes
