A streamlit app to search construction names using df.csv

To run the app:

1. Clone the repo
2. Navigate to your directory that contains app.py
3. Run streamlit run app.py
4. View the app in your browser http://localhost:8501 or http://172.20.20.20:8501

For retrieving articles from Semantic Scholar and obtaining the underlying database df.csv
