Port PR #843 + fix PHPUnit vulnerability on 5.x.x branch

Backports the http_clear_last_response_headers() fix from PR #843 to the 5.x.x branch, and upgrades PHPUnit from the vulnerable 4.8.36 to ^8.5.52 (CVE: unsafe deserialization in PHPT code coverage handling).

PR #843 backport — FileGetContents::retrieve()

Stale HTTP response headers from a prior file_get_contents() HTTP request could bleed into subsequent schema loads from file:// URIs, causing fetchContentType() to misbehave.

PHPUnit upgrade (4.8.36 → 8.5.52)

• composer.json: bump phpunit/phpunit to ^8.5.52, PHP to >=7.2, add explicit phpspec/prophecy: ^1.21 (no longer bundled in PHPUnit 8)
• phpunit.xml.dist: remove syntaxCheck (removed in PHPUnit 8)
• Tests: setExpectedException() → expectException() + expectExceptionMessage(); @expectedException annotations → programmatic calls; getMock() → getMockBuilder()->onlyMethods()/addMethods()->getMock(); add void return types to setUp() overrides; assertInternalType() → assertIsArray()
